THE MUSEUM OPERATES ON THE BASIS OF:

• Act of 25 October 1991 on organizing and conducting cultural activities (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 13, item 123 as amended);
• Act of 21 November 1996 on museums (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 5, item 24, as amended) changes);
• Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of December 28, 2006 on stretching the provisions of the Act on organizing and conducting cultural activities to cultural activities conducted by organizational units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of Defence (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 247, item 1807);
• Statute of the Land Forces Museum The organization of work and the structure of the Museum are defined in detail in the Organizational Regulations. Museum organizes scientific conferences, stagings and museum lessons. In accordance with its mission, the Land Forces Museum collects cultural monuments, their maintaining and making them available for scientific, didactic and educational purposes, so that they served to teach and popularize knowledge about Polish military history. For this purpose, the Museum acquires exhibits from private and legal persons by:
• transfers
• donations
• purchase

• Registry book for registration of outgoing and incoming letters
