Cases

Those interested in dealing with matters at the Museum are admitted during the Museum’s working hours from from 8.00 to 16.00. Matters are also dealt with by phone or by correspondence (by traditional mail or e-mail). Matters by phone – if possible – are dealt with directly, and correspondence, after prior registration, is forwarded to professional employees to be dealt with in the order of receipt and importance. Complaints and requests are registered in the register of complaints and requests kept for this purpose. The Director decides on the mode of settling the reported case after consulting the Department or Branch concerned. The rights and obligations of persons visiting the Museum and using the collections are governed by the instructions and orders issued by the Director of the Museum.
