HISTORY OF THE LAND FORCES MUSEUM

The Museum of Polish Land Forces in Bydgoszcz, prievously Museum of Pomeranian Military District Traditions (1973) and Pomeranian Military Museum (2007), was founded in 2011. After necessary repairs and adjustments, on December 4 2013 a new exhibition was officially launched that is closely related to the name and nature of the institution. The exhibition is intended to broaden the historical knowledge of the society, introducing the history of the military land forces, which over the years have been transformed into a separate type of Polish Armed Forces.
